Hi, I'm Melanie! I am a mom of 2, a wife, an avid Bravo watcher, and a gal who just loves to be in the kitchen! I was diagnosed in 2013 with an autoimmune disease that required me to go gluten free. Discovering that bread made with rice, tapioca, sorghum and other flours can be soft, delicious, eaten untoasted, and can be normal size was life changing!
