Storage: Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Slice and freeze remaining bread. Slices (fresh or frozen) can be refreshed by wrapping in a dry paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds. Allow to cool and then make a tasty sandwich with your “fresh from the oven” bread. You can also toast from fresh or frozen.
